Tracker evidence
The Haimoo tracker sends measurement fields without analytics cookies.
The tracker sends the page path and can send the referrer and UTM parameters found in the URL. Its default event is a pageview.
Implementation boundary
A session identifier may be in sessionStorage.
The tracker can create and read a random browser-session identifier from sessionStorage. The identifier can be absent when browser storage is unavailable.
Product-fact boundary
Cookieless does not settle the legal state of an entire website.
A website can have other cookies, embeds or technologies. Their effects and any consent obligations need to be assessed separately.
