Haimoo Analytics trial terms
These terms apply only to the 14-day, free and cardless Haimoo Analytics trial. Paid activation is separate and currently disabled.
Provider and eligibility
The trial is for businesses and organizations.
The provider is Haimoo Company Oy, Business ID 3639335-2, Haimoontie 248, 03400 Vihti, Finland. The general contact is hello@haimoo.fi.
The service is intended for business customers and organizations. A new registrant must confirm that they represent a business or organization and are authorized to register it. This eligibility confirmation is not acceptance of these terms or evidence that a contract was formed.
Free trial
14 days, EUR 0, no card and no automatic charge.
The trial lasts 14 days and costs EUR 0. No payment card is requested and the trial causes no automatic charge. Paid activation and checkout are separate and disabled.
Ownership and use boundary
Customer content and data remain owned by the customer.
The customer retains ownership of its content and data. Haimoo retains its rights in the Haimoo Analytics software. Misuse, a security risk or illegality may lead to suspension of the service.
Changes, law and liability
Material terms changes are notified in advance.
Material changes to these terms are notified in advance. Finnish law applies. The competent court is determined by mandatory law, and these terms do not agree an exclusive forum.
These free-trial terms add no bespoke monetary liability cap. Liability required by mandatory law is unaffected.
