Page analytics and landing pages
Page analytics helps identify where visits begin, which pages are opened most and where sessions end.
Page path
Every pageview is tied to a page path.
Top pages group pageview events by path. This shows where pageviews in the selected period are concentrated.
Session
A landing page starts and an exit page ends a session.
Landing- and exit-page calculations use the sessionId when available. When it is absent, that event cannot form a session-specific start or end point.

Separate page volume from the site-wide goal count.
Page, source and goal reports are separate views in the current dashboard. Page-level goal attribution requires separate analysis, and a pageview should not be treated as an automatic success.
